1. AMC – Annual Maintenance Contract

The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is our service‑only program created for customers who require structured preventive maintenance without the need for parts coverage. Under this plan, our engineers conduct four scheduled preventive maintenance visits each year along with two priority breakdown visits, ensuring that your equipment is inspected, fine‑tuned, and monitored consistently. Each visit includes performance checks, system health analysis, cleaning, alignment verification, and parameter monitoring. The AMC is ideal for plants with stable operations and for customers who prefer purchasing parts separately while still benefiting from priority service response and early issue detection.

2. CMC – Comprehensive Maintenance Contract

The Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) offers a higher level of assurance by combining AMC services with consumables and breakdown spares. This means the customer does not need to worry about stocking filters, oil, belts, bearings, seals, or other routine replacement items. Everything required for annual upkeep and corrective maintenance is included within the plan. In addition, the CMC offers a comprehensive warranty on the parts supplied under the agreement, covering them against manufacturing defects. With priority assistance and SLA‑driven response times, this program eliminates unexpected repair costs, prevents procurement delays, and provides complete peace of mind—all while keeping the equipment running smoothly and efficiently.

3. Multi-Year Programs

For customers seeking long‑term stability and maximum cost efficiency, Everest offers Multi‑Year Programs, which combine service, spares, and priority support more than one year period. These programs deliver substantial savings through locked‑in pricing and preferential service rates, ensuring protection against market fluctuations. They also include extended warranty coverage on supplied parts and guaranteed priority response whenever service is required. By reserving critical spares in advance and creating a multi‑year maintenance schedule, Everest helps facilities minimize downtime, streamline budgeting, and increase the lifespan of their rotary machines.
